  • 40 Double Unders
  • 8 Front Squats
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 6 Front Squats
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 4 Front Squats
  • 10 Double Unders
  • 2 Front Squats

Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: The workout consists of alternating sets of double unders and front squats. Complete all the double unders before moving on to the front squats. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
