For Time:


  • 50 Double-unders
  • 25 Push Press (95/65 lbs)
  • 40 Double-unders
  • 20 Push Press
  • 30 Double-unders
  • 15 Push Press

Equipment:
- Rope


Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the designated number of double-unders before moving on to the push press. The push press weight should be challenging but manageable to complete each set unbroken. Focus on good technique throughout the workout.
