  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Power Snatches (75/55)
  • 75 Double Unders
  • 40 Overhead Squats (75/55)
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 30 Hang Cleans (75/55)
  • 25 Double Unders
  • 20 Thrusters (75/55)

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Notes:
- Double unders must be completed unbroken, if you trip up start over from the beginning of that set.
- Choose a weight for the barbell that allows you to perform multiple reps unbroken.
