  • 10 Rope Climbs
  • 20 Overhead Squats
  • 5 Peg Board Ascents
  • 15 Deadlifts
  • 3 Peg Board Ascents
  • 10 Shoulder to Overhead

Barbell: #135 / #95
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform the movements in order, completing all reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Be sure to maintain a steady pace on the peg board ascents to conserve energy for the other movements.
