Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Wall Balls and 5 Power Snatches, followed by 10 Wall Balls and 5 Power Cleans. The weight for the barbell should be challenging but manageable for the power movements. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to complete as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
