  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Push Press
  • 20 Sit-ups
  • 25 Air Squats

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, moving through each exercise with good form and intensity. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire workout.
