AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Equipment:
- Rings
- Barbell
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 deadlifts, and 15 box jumps. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or ring rows as needed. Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds. Aim to move quickly through the box jumps to keep a steady pace throughout the workout.
