Tabata Strength Rings

  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows

Strength Focus: Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself to the limit.


Instructions: Alternate between Ring Dips and Ring Rows for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement). Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for each movement. Adjust difficulty as needed by changing the height of the rings or using a band for assistance.
