Tabata Weightlifting Rings

Tabata Weightlifting:


  • 8 Rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Power Snatches
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rings
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many Power Snatches as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Use a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
