  • Ring Rows
  • Ring Push-ups
  • Ring Pull-ups

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Rotate through all 4 movements.
