AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Notes:
- Scale Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Rows or Jumping Ring Muscle-ups if needed.
- Choose a weight for the Dumbbell Snatches that allows for unbroken sets.
- Wall Balls should be done to a 10ft target for men and 9ft for women.
