EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even minutes: 10 Ring Dips

This workout will challenge both your pulling and pushing strength on the rings. Scale the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20-minute EMOM. Focus on maintaining good form and full range of motion on each rep.
