AMRAP Gymnastics Rings

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. For the ring muscle-ups, ensure full lockout at the top of the rings. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
