EMOM Gymnastics Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions: Perform 5 ring muscle-ups and 10 handstand push-ups at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to ensure proper form and technique.
