EMOM Gymnastics RingsEvery Minute on the Minute for 12 minutes:
- Minute 1: 8 Ring Muscle-ups
- Minute 2: 10 Ring Dips
- Minute 3: 12 Ring Rows
Instructions:
- Perform the prescribed reps for each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 12 minutes.
- Scale the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
- Focus on strict form and full range of motion for each movement.
