AMRAP Gymnastics Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 handstand push-ups, and 15 box jumps. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Have a spotter for the handstand push-ups if necessary.
