  • Odd Minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

Notes: Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on technique and form to prevent fatigue. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain the EMOM structure.
