Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata:
- Ring Rows
- Ring Dips
- Ring Push-ups


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per exercise. Focus on maintaining good form and engaging the muscles throughout each movement.
