- Ring Rows
- Ring Dips
- Ring Push-ups
- Ring Muscle-ups


Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each exercise. Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement.
