AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Ring Rows

Equipment: Rings, Box
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, running 200m between each round. Scale ring dips and ring rows as needed to maintain proper form. Adjust box height based on individual skill level.
