AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or ring rows if needed.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for quick transitions.
