AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Notes:
- Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Rows or Ring Dips as needed.
- Scale the Handstand Push-ups to Hand Release Push-ups or Pike Push-ups as needed.
- Choose a box height that allows for quick transitions and maintains intensity throughout the workout.
