EMOM Strength Rings

EMOM x 20:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-Ups
- Even Minutes: 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)


Instructions: Perform 5 ring muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute, then complete 10 dumbbell thrusters at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes: Scale the ring muscle-ups to strict pull-ups or banded ring muscle-ups if needed. Adjust the weight for the dumbbell thrusters based on individual strength and skill level. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
