EMOM Gymnastics Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even minutes: 10 Ring Dips

Instructions:
Perform 5 Ring Muscle-ups at the start of every odd minute, then rest until the next odd minute begins. On the even minutes, complete 10 Ring Dips. Repeat this pattern for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to ensure proper form and technique.
