AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 30 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 400m Run

Notes:
- Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping ring muscle-ups if needed.
- The box jumps should be performed with full extension at the top of the box.
- Wall balls should be performed to a target above the athlete's reach.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed within the time cap.
