Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Ring Dips
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Notes: Perform as many reps as possible during the 20-second work intervals, alternating between Ring Dips and Ring Rows. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Aim to maintain intensity throughout the entire Tabata workout.
