Rounds-for-Time Gymnastics RingsFor Time:
- 15 Ring Muscle-Ups
- 30 Handstand Push-Ups
- 45 Toes-to-Rings
Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of each movement in order as fast as possible. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity. Remember to maintain proper form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
Time Cap: 12 Minutes.
