AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
- 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping ring muscle-ups if needed. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for proper form throughout the workout. Jump onto the box with both feet landing at the same time for each rep.
