AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 30 Double-unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to jumping muscle-ups or ring rows if needed. Choose a weight for the dumbbell snatches that allows you to perform the reps unbroken for at least the first few rounds. Focus on maintaining a steady pace throughout the workout.
