AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 hang power cleans, and 15 box jumps. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring rows or jumping ring muscle-ups as needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself through each round.
