Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata:


  • Ring Dips
  • Ring Rows
  • Ring Push-ups
  • Ring Planks

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, alternating between the four movements for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) each. Rest 1 minute between each movement.

- Rings


Notes:
Focus on maintaining proper form and engaging the muscles throughout each movement. Adjust difficulty by adjusting body positioning or adding weight if needed.
