  • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Burpees
  • 10 seconds rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of Ring Rows and Burpees in each 20-second work interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Complete a total of 8 rounds. The score is the total number of reps completed.
