AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Notes:
This workout will test both your upper body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Scale the number of ring muscle-ups if needed to maintain intensity throughout the 15-minute AMRAP. Make sure to choose a weight for the deadlifts that is challenging but allows for good form. Keep a steady pace on the box jumps to keep your heart rate up.
