  • Ring Muscle-ups
  • Tabata Protocol (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds)

Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Perform as many ring muscle-ups as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds, for a total of 8 rounds. Try to maintain consistency in your reps throughout each round. Rest 1 minute between exercises if needed.
