Tabata Weightlifting Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
    1. Ring Muscle-ups
    2. Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
    3. Ring Dips
    4. Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Equipment:
- Rings
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete a total of 8 rounds for each movement. Score total reps completed for each movement.
