AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 Minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping ring muscle-ups as needed. Choose a weight for the power snatches that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout. Step-ups are allowed for the box jumps if needed. Have fun and push yourself!
