- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
- 20 Handstand Push-ups
- 30 Box Jumps (24/20")
Notes:
- Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Dips or Jumping Ring Muscle-ups as needed.
- Scale the Handstand Push-ups to Pike Push-ups or Hand-release Push-ups if necessary.
- Choose a box height that challenges you but allows for continuous movement.
