  • 800 Meter Run
  • 40 Ring Dips
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 30 Ring Rows
  • 800 Meter Run

Rings: Standard height for muscle-ups and dips
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Scale the number of reps or modify the movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Rest as needed between sets to avoid muscle fatigue.
