EMOM Gymnastics Rings

EMOM for 12 minutes:
- 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions: Perform 5 Ring Muscle-ups and 10 Handstand Push-ups at the start of every minute for 12 minutes. If you fail to complete the reps within the minute, rest for the remaining time and continue with the next minute. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
