- 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. The workout consists of 5 ring muscle-ups, 10 deadlifts, and 15 box jumps in each round. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring rows or jumping muscle-ups as needed. Adjust the weight and box height to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
