  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 25 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Notes:
- Scale ring muscle-ups to ring dips or jumping muscle-ups if needed.
- Choose a weight for deadlifts that allows you to complete each set unbroken.
- Focus on consistent movement and pacing to maximize rounds completed.
