AMRAP Strength Rings

AMRAP in 12 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of 10 ring muscle-ups, 15 wall balls, and 20 box jumps. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring rows or banded ring muscle-ups as needed. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
