EMOM Cardio Rings

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
- Even minutes: 10 Ring Muscle-ups


Instructions: For this workout, you will alternate between the Assault Bike and Ring Muscle-ups every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. The goal is to complete the designated reps within each minute and rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next movement. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
