AMRAP Cardio Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 30 Double-unders

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 ring muscle-ups, 20 box jumps, and 30 double-unders. Scale the ring muscle-ups to ring rows or jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups if needed. Push yourself to keep moving and maximize your rounds within the time limit.
