Tabata Strength Rings

Tabata Strength Circuit:


  • Ring Rows (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds)
  • Ring Dips (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds)
  • Ring Push-ups (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds)

Instructions:
Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per exercise. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Focus on maintaining proper form and maximizing effort during the work intervals.
