AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle Ups
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)

Equipment: Rings


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 ring muscle ups, 15 deadlifts, and 20 box jumps. The ring muscle ups will challenge your upper body strength and coordination, while the deadlifts and box jumps will test your posterior chain and explosive power. Be sure to pace yourself and push through the fatigue to maximize your rounds.
