AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 10 Ring Muscle-ups
- 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, alternating between the ring muscle-ups, deadlifts, and box jumps. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed.
