  • 8 rounds of:
    • Ring Dips
    • Ring Rows

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort on Ring Dips, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, perform 20 seconds of max effort on Ring Rows, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.


Notes:
Adjust the difficulty of the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata. Rest as needed between rounds to ensure proper form and technique.
