Tabata Cardio Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:
    • Ring Dips
    • Ring Rows
    • Burpees
    • Double-unders

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the four movements.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.


Notes:
- Adjust the difficulty of the ring dips and rows as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and intensity throughout each 20-second work interval.
