Tabata Weightlifting Rings

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
  • Ring Muscle-Ups
  • Hang Power Cleans (#135/#95)
  • Front Squats (#135/#95)
  • Burpees over Rings

Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each movement.
